Our new employee screening process isn't easy -- we spend a lot of time getting to know each applicant. We're confident, however, that after we both invest the time getting to know each other that we’ll both feel good about the decision to work together.
Our Hiring Process
There are multiple stages to our hiring process. Each step helps both of us get to know each other better.
Our process includes an application (online or in person), a telephone interview, a face-to-face interview, reference checks, and fingerprint criminal/driving background screening.
This will give new employees excellent insights into their professional strengths. We're confident that by the time we've gone through the process, we'll feel like we've hired the best candidate, and you'll feel confident that you're going to work for the right agency.
Our current team members are able to pursue additional training internally through a recommendation process. When a team member has been recognized for excellence in service the patient or supervisor can recommend them for this specialized training.
